SBJ Group has bought Benfield's Orbit group for £4.5m.

The deal involves Orbit Benefits, Orbit Interactive, Orbit Protection and TIMA Tools.

Grahame Chilton, chief executive of Benfield, said: "Our decision to sell Orbit is in line with our policy of focusing activities on our core operations."
