Motorcycle insurance specialist Bennetts is extending its quoteline opening hours to cope with demand for its bike insurance.
The freephone quoteline will now be open from 8am to 10pm on weekdays, an extra hour, and from 9am to 7pm on Saturdays, an extra two hours.
It also plans to open up its lines on a Sunday, for the first time, from October.
"We have been holding biker panel meetings around the country to ascertain what our biking customers want from an insurance provider," said product manager Peter Hobbins.
"One thing that was fed back to us was the fact that riders want more flexibility in opening hours.
"They want the opportunity to arrange their bike insurance at times convenient to them, rather than to their insurance provider."
