Ex-Bermuda deputy premier joins reinsurer as general counsel.

Bermudan reinsurer Validus has appointed Jerome Dill as general counsel.

Dill has worked for the past two decades at the law firm Appleby Hunter Bailhache. He was also the deputy premier of Bermuda between 1995 and 1998.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
