Francois-Xavier Boisseau, director of underwriting and claims at AXA Insurance UK, will replace Tim Ablett as UK managing director of rival insurer Groupama.
Francois-Xavier Boisseau, director of underwriting and claims at AXA Insurance UK will replace Tim Ablett as UK managing director of rival insurer Groupama.
Groupama chairman and chief executive Pierre Lefevre worked with Boisseau, a long-time AXA executive, when Lefevre was chairman and chief executive of AXA UK.
It was announced last week that Ablett will leave Groupama on 17 April after heading a management buy-out team to acquire Royal & SunAlliance's UK healthcare and assistance business.
Boisseau, who is currently on holiday, will start on 1 June.
