Andy Barnes joins Bollington

Bollington has appointed Andy Barnes as head of risk management.

Barnes, previously managing director of Henderson Risk Management, will head up Bollington’s team of dedicated risk managers.

Bollington Insurance Brokers director Chris Patterson said: “Larger established businesses also require specialist risk services and Bollington is actively looking to grow its risk management business to meet the demands of new and existing clients. We are extremely pleased to have Andy on board to lead the expansion and take Bollington to the next level.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
