Scottish law firm Brechin Tindal Oatts Solicitors has launched a health and safety consultancy.
The initiative will be headed by Aileen Ferguson, legal director, who is understood to be the only practising lawyer in Scotland who is also NEBOSH qualified and a Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health.
