Brit Insurance Holdings has announced that at its annual general meeting (AGM), held today, all resolutions were passed by the shareholders.
The company also noted today that trading conditions are "exceptionally strong" and accordingly revised its premium income forecast from £578m to £588m.
The World Trade Centre loss estimate for the group remains unchanged at £90.5m.
Brit also announced that directors Clapham, Gaunt and Withers Green retired from the board.
C Coates will succeed J Welman as chairman, to take effect on 24 September. Welman will remain a director of the company.
