Broker Network's latest survey has highlighted widespread broker satisfaction with the network.

Tagoe Research contacts 10% of Broker Network members every month.

The research reveals 96% of members believe the network to be very good value, with 75% stating that it is indispensable or very important to their business. The overall satisfaction score reached a new high at 3.82 on the scale from 1 to 5 (where 5 is excellent).

Martyn Denney, director of Broker Network, said: “We are delighted to see good levels in all areas of our service offering and are particularly pleased to see high levels in risk placing, and compliance and training. The research also shows that these are the most important services to our members.

“These positive results are a good selling point for potential new members as well as being a benchmark for sustained improvement."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
