The Broker Network (BNL) has agreed an exclusive deal with Software Solutions Partners (SSP) which will enable them to distribute commercial insurance platform, Covermaker.
CoverMaker will enable brokers to provide a detailed risk submission to insurers, drawing on a central database.
SSP will link CoverMaker to its other software to benefit BNL's work.
BNL managing director Grant Ellis said: "We are absolutely delighted - we are not an IT company, and having got the product this far and proved that it is a viable and working solution, felt it was essential that an organisation with an appropriate infrastructure took over responsibility for its future promotion."
BNL hopes that the size of the SSP customer base should allow CoverMaker to be an efficient medium for commercial lines insurers.
