While PWC is set to go after the Independent Insurance brokers who did not accept the liquidator's deal on creditors' cash, it seems that those who were involved have formed a close relationship with Dan Schwarzmann.
Last Wednesday, Schwarzmann hosted a dinner for the key brokers involved in reaching the deal, which came perilously close to collapse on more than one occasion. Toasting the brokers, Schwarzmann said that the deal was one of the most challenging and rewarding of his long and distinguished career.
