Specialist broker Bryan James has acquired Bryan Insurance Services, the company announced this week.
The London offices of the newly acquired firm will not be retained, and all client records will be transferred to the offices of Bryan James in Hayes, the company said.
Bryan Insurance Services' only remaining member of staff, Edward Bryan, has taken early retirement.
Bryan James offers schemes for musicians and entertainers, restaurants and catering for charity or faith-based groups.
