The Budget Group has announced that it is launching Junction, a new business that will concentrate solely on outsourced insurance contacts.
Junction aims to be one of the largest personal lines insurance outsourcing businesses in the UK by 2005.
Offering solutions for partners seeking fully branded home and motor insurance packages, the branded insurance products will retain the Budget banner.
Utilising the experience of Budget companies in distribution and marketing, the company has invested heavily in project management infrastructure.
Junction has agreed relationships with seven home insurers and 16 motor insurers, allowing them to cover the UK. In addition it will offer a range of add-on products including payment protection and home assistance.
Junction business development officer Phil Zeidler said: "We will become a serious player within the insurance affinity market within a very short space of time. We believe that this package will prove irresistible to those businesses seeking first class products backed by a genuine commitment to outstanding levels of service."
Budget Group Chief Executive Peter Winslow said: "This is an important strategic move for us and will further strengthen our already rapidly expanding business.
