Law firm Weightmans has warned schools that they must train their staff to deal with bullying following two recent court case firsts.

A claim for verbal rather than physical bullying in school has succeeded. And a bullying claim hasbeen heard by the High Court.


The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
