BUPA International has launched a website specifically designed for insurance intermediaries.

The site, called Intermediaryworld, is broken down into six key areas: quotes, brochures, administration, commission, news and global information.

The Quote section of the site now enables users to register individual and family customers online. The site works as a `stand alone sales office' where everything can be done online, eliminating lengthy form filling and all paper work - saving both the broker and the customer time.

Automatic membership application is now also possible with the online quote process. Brokers no longer have to start from scratch if a client wishes to proceed and become a BUPA member. The quote engine also allows users to save quotes to refer to at a later date.

In the Administration section, users can amend a member's details or their own details online.

By clicking on the Commission option, users can view their own commission summary and details of transactions.

The Brochures option enables access to BUPA International's PMI library, where the latest product literature and sales aids are available.
