BUPA has launched a new package called BUPA Work Assured, which offers a combination of financial and health benefits for companies and staff through one scheme.
The package includes income replacement cover for staff who are on long term sick leave, lump sum financial benefits in cases of specified serious illness or operations and 24 hour access to a confidential HealthLine.
BUPA sales director Steve Flanagan said: "BUPA Work Assured gives intermediaries a new way to help their clients safeguard their businesses from some of the costs of long term sickness absence under one scheme and
also includes benefits for all staff.
Our aim is to provide relevant cover and add value across our services, enabling business customers to enjoy the confidence that should staff illness strike, help towards their costs is at hand."
