Consulting and data engineering company SPSInfoquest has joined Business & Decision, a company specialising in customer relationship management (CRM), business intelligence and e-commerce.
The combined entity will specialise in consultancy services and products, and will implement business intelligence and CRM applications.
SPSInfoquest chief executive Ian Huckle commented: "The merger will allow both companies to further enhance the range of services available to clients and to provide increased versatility to meet the ever-changing demands those clients have.
"This development results in a group that is among the leaders in the European business intelligence consultancy market," he added.
SPSInfoquest provides services to range of industries, including insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. Its clients include Axa, CGNU and Allianz.
