Loss adjuster GAB Robins has announced it would not suffer a financial setback after being dropped from Royal & Sun Alliance¹s (R&SA) loss adjusting panel.
RSA is now using Crawford & Co as its sole overflow loss adjuster. PCS will continue to pick up initial business.
"We had already budgeted for 2003 to show a decline in work from RSA and its replacement from other sources," a GAB Robins spokeswoman said.
"GAB Robins as a worldwide group remains in very strong financial health and the UK Market remains pivotal to our global ambitions."
The spokeswoman said GAB Robins was ³disappointed² not to have a more significant role with RSA but would continue to be a significant provider of service to the insurer.
GAB Robins services RSA¹s Local Authority Tenants Schemes Work and was appointed as sole provider on a three year contract.
