Royal & Sunalliance (RSA) has launched Enterprise Properties, the latest addition to its small business product range.
The policy is designed to provide a comprehensive insurance solution for small business property owners with up to ten premises, where the total buildings sum insured does not exceed £10m.
Enterprise Properties includes all risks cover on buildings, rent and property owners' liability cover, optional employers' liability cover, free legal advice and free access to a network of emergency repair contractors.
RSA said brokers were guaranteed quotes within ten minutes and documentation within 48 hours, and competitive policy premiums that could be paid in interest free instalments.
The policy complements the existing, portfolio of shops, offices, business, contractors and vans.
Simon Cooter, Enterprise product range small business manager, said: “Properties was developed in direct response to brokers' feedback, and is the first in a range of new developments that brokers can expect from Enterprise this year.”
