Callidus Software reported revenues up by 176% to $22.3m in the fourth quarter compared to $8.1m in the same period last year.
Total revenues in 2003 were $71.7m, an increase of 170% over total revenues of $26.6m in 2002.
The software company, which specialises in enterprise incentive management systems, reported net income for 2003 of $835,000 compared to a loss the year before of $19.1m.
Callidus is headquartered in California with a UK base in Bracknell, Berkshire and is quoted on Nasdaq.
The increased revenue in the fourth quarter was its eighth consecutive quarter of revenue growth.
Basic income per share was $0.06 for 2003 compared to a loss of $13.98 for 2002.
