Loss adjuster QuestGates has recruited six new staff from Capita McLarens.
QuestGates Director Chris Hall said further announcements on staff recruitment are expected in due course.
Joining QuestGates are: Hugh Mclleland, who has been appointed divisional director for Scotland; Stephen Horne, as property adjusting manager, Scotland; Greg Laker as key client account director; Clive Bishop, as senior UK surveyor; Martyn Gabbitas, as head of complex liability; and Graham Male, as Birmingham branch manager.
Hall said: "The reaction to the announcement regarding our developments from both prospective clients and recruits has been much greater than we could have hoped for.
"We will be announcing details of our new structure shortly which will include other senior appointments but in the meantime our first new office, in Edinburgh will open on April 2nd.
"The quality of the personnel joining us is first class and will enable us to ensure that we will deliver market leading service."
