Capita is using SAP claims management platforms to accelerate its claims processing, the software solutions company said today.
The SAP rollout is part of Capita's ongoing investment strategy to deliver outsourcing solutions to the insurance industry, the company said.
According to a joint press release from Capita and SAP: “Capita now has a single, integrated solution to better meet the increasingly diverse requirements of insurance clients while allowing for greater efficiencies and a reduced cost base for insurance customers.”
