An increasing number of senior executives are recognising the importance of risk management to their businesses. That's according to a report sponsored by Marsh and the European Business Forum (EBF).
The report, "EBF on Managing Risk", canvassed the views of a range of blue-chip companies.
Tim Dickson, executive editor of European Business Forum, said: "We set out to discover whether the perception of a riskier global business environment is matched by reality - and the result in our report is a lively exchange of views between a range of different experts.
"While new technologies have created the potential for heightened global risk, many argue that they have also provided the means by which to better understand and manage it."
