Broker Carole Nash is to open a new £500,000 training centre near its Altrincham headquarters.
The motorcycle specialist said the facility can train up to 280 staff and is equipped with eight training rooms, four syndicate rooms, a resource library, communal rest area and a 140-seat conference room.
Carole Nash product development manager Nick Baker said: "We recognised that the combination of our rapid growth and diversification would place new demands on the business and create more complex training needs.
"Reviewing our requirements it soon became clear that the best way of meeting our existing and future needs was to make a significant investment in a dedicated in-house facility.
"Putting a £500 000 capital investment into our training programme underlines how serious we are about maintaining our growth by attracting the best staff, equipping them with high level skills and promoting their career development."
