CBG Group, the Manchester based insurance broker, has changed the structure of its Board following rapid expansion of the company.
Robin Slinger, currently a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Chief Executive with Martin Lewis, a founder director and main Board Director, set to manage the Group's supplier base and technical aspects of the business.
Stephen Darcy, a main Board Director who joined the Board with the acquisition of the Swinburne companies, will also manage the expanding Insurance Broking division and Mike Askew, a main Board Director and founder director of the Company, has been appointed to the role of Deputy Chief Executive.
The reorganisation reflects the growing needs of the business to ensure that the Group is managed in an efficient manner as it enters a new stage of development, CBG said.
The Board will also announce the appointment of a Non-executive Director in the very near future.
