Consolidator creates 40 new jobs
Cullum Capital Ventures (CCV) has launched a nationwide recruitment drive which will see the creation of up to 40 account executive roles in the next 12 months.
The recruitment will be led by local managing directors. The process is already underway with five brokers spread around the country recently taking on six new account executives. Stuart Langley joins Crawford Davis in Worthing and Rachel Cave has been appointed by Fentons, Kings Lynn. Paul Robinson is now at Milburn in Chelmsford and Arthur Marsh, Hayes has appointed Matthew Fernando. Meanwhile, CCV Southampton has welcomed Kevin Hambry and Shaun O’Brien.
CCV’s sales and marketing director David Perry said: “This year has seen good sales performance across our businesses. A desire to grow is a key characteristic of the businesses that join CCV and we have ambitious plans for them in the forthcoming years. That means we are on the look out for more good people to help us deliver that across the group.
“Each business will be recruiting for its own specific requirements, but as there are opportunities across the country we decided that coordinating the process nationwide would give us the best possible opportunity to match candidates to roles.”
