CCV snaps up East Sussex broker

Cullum Capital Ventures (CCV) has completed the acquisition of East Sussex based Paul Scully Insurance Brokers.

Paul Scully - which specialises predominantly in personal lines - will retain its name and premises and will become affiliated to existing local CCV business, Crawford Davis.

The deal has been structured to enable the directors to fulfil their own objectives with founder Paul Scully retiring while Dominic Taylor stays on to run the business together with Joe Simmons, managing director of Crawford Davis, and his existing staff.
