Two changes to the General Insurance Standards Council board will be confirmed at the first official board elections next year.

Royal & Sunalliance's (R&SA) Tony Latham has stepped down and will be replaced by R&SA's UK commercial managing director Duncan Boyle.

NFU Mutual managing director Andrew Young has also stepped down, to be replaced by Norwich Union's intermediary business director Ken Wallace.

Meanwhile, the Chartered Insurance Institute's (CII) former director of policy Tony Tudor has joined the GISC as head of enforcement.

Tudor's position was the final department head vacancy to be filled.
