David Casement has joined Chubb Commercial Insurance as its general counsel.
Chubb's commercial insurance manager for Europe Dave Brosnan said: "David will be a valuable asset to our team. We are fortunate to have this level of legal skill and experience dedicated to Chubb Commercial Insurance."
The new role has been established to help Chubb Commercial Insurance conduct business in multiple jurisdictions.
Previously he was an insurance lawyer at CMS Cameron McKenna in London.
