Chubb lists preferred provider

Chubb Masterpiece, the high net worth home cover, has been chosen as the preferred insurance provider by the Listed Property Owners Club (LPOC).

The club has also selected GHBC Insurance Brokers to provide specialist insurance advice to its members. It does this through the broker's wholly-owned Listed Property Owners Insurance Services.

LPOC founder Peter Anslow said the deal would help combat the problem of under insurance.

He added: “As well as the issue of under insurance, there is a constant threat that a listed homeowner may be asked to rebuild a property to conservation standards.”
