Churchill has signed a multi-million pound deal with FileNet, to improve the running of its call centre operations.
Under the deal Churchill will utilise FileNet's enterprise content management system to integrate customer information. The system will also allow Churchill to integrate its communication functions.
A Churchill spokesman said: "At the moment there are a number of ways staff have to access customer information, which means sometimes they have to call back.
"With the enterprise content management system all information can be accessed from individual terminals, which allows more efficient customer relationship management."
