International health insurance provider Cigna International Expatriates Benefits has strengthened its European team.
Teresa Rogers has been appointed to the newly created role of director, international client management, Europe.
Her role will include client management responsibilities for Cigna's European client base, and the development of a European account management team.
Cigna said the appointment was part of its ongoing strategy for expansion in key European markets.
