The Chartered Insurance Institute has appointed Fiona Andrews as its director of general insurance development.
Andrews will be responsible for developing the CII's new general insurance exams. She will also develop projects arising from recent regulatory developments.
Previously she worked with from Royal & Sun Alliance where she was group technical training and development manager.
