The CII has launched new services and benefits for members.
The new services, many of which are available online, mean members can now view and amend their personal and contact details, and renew membership online at the institute's website: www.cii.co.uk.
New members can also join through the website.
CII membership marketing manager Martin Reid said: “The CII now has a dedicated membership team to ensure that we continually improve our existing benefits and services, and the way in which these are communicated to members, so that they can take full advantage of what is available."
