The Faculty of Insurance Broking in conjunction with the British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) is to deliver a regional programme of engineering insurance masterclasses, in February and March.
Part of the Faculty of Insurance Broking's educational programme, the series of Engineering Insurance Masterclasses will be presented by expert Roger Small in Belfast, Bristol, Ipswich, London and Birmingham.
Faculty of Insurance Broking manager, Jessica Yeoh says, “The Faculty aims to support professionalism in broking by encouraging the highest standards of technical knowledge and business skills. The Engineering Masterclass programme covers the key areas in which brokers must demonstrate competence in order to provide professional advice.”
Aimed at the practitioner with at least intermediate knowledge of engineering as a subject, the masterclass will highlight ways in which brokers can ensure their clients comply with legislative and health and safety issues in the UK, Europe and internationally.
