Broker looks to improve customer service and business efficiency
Circle Insurances Services has moved its business on to the Acturis platform.
The Coventry-headquartered broker took three months to integrate Acturis with its old software system, before going live in the past few weeks.
Circle managing director Tony Norcott said: “We have also been looking at how we can make more use of e-commerce in our business, and we will be one of the first brokers to implement a web-based client access portal on Acturis to enable all existing clients to access their policy records, claims and documents online. This will improve service immeasurably.
“Moreover, we will be making use of Acturis’s extensive and leading commercial lines e-trade capability, which we feel will have a significant impact on our business efficiency.”
