A firm of lawyers has bought the rights to the name of failed personal injury specialist Claims Direct.
Today's Birmingham Post reports that a firm of lawyers has bought the rights to the name of failed personal injury specialist Claims Direct.
New Claims Direct is to be operated by Russell Jones & Walker (RJW) from its Temple Row offices in Birmingham.
RJW says its offering will charge a fraction of what the old Claims Direct charged.
It also claims the service will be free of the problems which pushed old Claims Direct into receivership last year.
Head of personal injury at Russell Jones & Walker Neil Kinsella said: "We have acquired New Claims Direct with the objective of expanding our first class service for accident victims which will ensure that they receive 100 per cent of their compensation."
