Claims handlers, Claims People Group has posted a pretax loss for 2002 of £304,032, up from a loss of £934,186 in 2001.
The loss was based on a turnover of £1.04m up from just £302,985.
The group said that its improved penetration of the market had helped it to cut last year's losses.
Chairman John French said: "The board believes that it is in a strong position to take advantage of the market opportunities arising."
