ClaimWatch said it has fully integrated its ClaimWatch package with Brown Brothers Bodyshop Direct software to provide web-based tracking of repairs to vehicles.

It said the system would enable bodyshops, customers, and insurers to monitor the status of vehicles being repaired, which it said would improve efficiency and customer care benefits.

The system is available to all bodyshops using version 63c and above of Bodyshop Direct, said ClaimWatch.

The system includes the ability to pre-book jobs and courtesy cars, SMS text messaging, customer contact diary and a CEone-click operation to update the repair status of a vehicle, said ClaimWatch.
