Clarke Roxburgh, has bought Cheltenham-based broker Trident Insurance Consultants.
Mike Hayward, Clarke Roxburgh's managing director said: "Last year we extended the business beyond our heartland into Gloucestershire. The opportunity to purchase Trident has come at an ideal time as we now look to strengthen our position in this county."
