Claims Management Group Limited (CGML) has experienced a surge in the last year in demand for its services from clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
The group says it has also had "significant" growth in demand for its global services.
As it expects these two trends to continue it says it is adding to its Australian operation's resources.
This action will focus on two major areas: claims management solutions and reinsurance technical and recovery services.
The expansion will enable CGML to respond to demands for claims management services in the Asia Pacific region and increase its client base, the company says.
Managing director Jerry McArthur said: "Our expansion puts CMGL at the forefront of customer service and will help us to respond to demand from domestic companies.
"It also provides the additional benefit of strengthening our service offering for existing and future global clients, many of whom wish to improve debt recovery from Australian domiciled insurers."
