Co-operative Financial Services (CFS) has announced several appointments from within The Co-operative Bank and Co-operative Insurance Society (CIS).
Haydn Griffith has been appointed Programme Director of the CFS Programme Management Group.
CIS Agency sales chief Charles McKeown will also assume responsibility for Co-operative Bank Financial Advisers (CBFA) - the independent financial adviser arm of The Co-operative Bank.
Chief Executive Mervyn Pedelty said: "At a time when some financial services companies have lost the confidence of their customers, the formation of CFS offers us an opportunity to create a major, new financial services provider which people can trust.
"With these appointments I am well on the way to creating the team which will drive the business forward."
