COBRA has announced the acquisition of Hammond Frey Marrington (HFM).
HFM, formed in 1989 by John Hammond and based in Westerham, Kent, is a general insurance brokerage specialising predominantly in commercial risks, managing in excess of £1.2m of Gross Written Premiums.
Phil Truman, COBRA director, said; “The acquisition of HFM represents the beginning of an exciting period of expansion for COBRA."
