Claimant law firm Colemans-CTTS has acquired Axis, the division of law firm Ricksons that handles the RAC's claimant work.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, will bolster Colemans-CTTS' Walsall office.
Ricksons managing partner Anthony Hughes said: “Although Axis was a profitable business, it was incompatible with our core services and large insurance clientele.”
