Compliance Solutions, a regulation support company, has launched an independent compliance support service for GISC members.
Managing director Gary Dixon said: "Large numbers of general insurance intermediaries are rejecting the networks that are springing up and seeking to ensnare them.
"Compliance Solutions has seen a massive amount of enquiries from general insurance brokers who are looking to retain their independence and are interested in investigating a fee-based approach."
It said the cost for a typical GISC member using outsourced assistance would typically be between £3000 and £9000.
Compliance Solutions also urged brokers to apply before the early application deadline in order to take advantage of the appropriate discounts.
