Lloyd's broker Cooper Gay saw its pre-tax profit dip slightly to £1.75m in the year to the end of September 2002 from £1.84m the year before.
Turnover of brokerage and commissions increased to £18.9m from £15.7m. European turnover nearly doubled, to £6.6m from £3.9m.
