Cox Insurance Retail Division has launched Sterling – a range of home buildings and contents policies which cover from starter to stately homes.
The range is branded into Sterling Silver, Gold and Platinum cover.
Silver is designed to help intermediaries win business from first-time home buyers and home owners whose property value is in the region of up to £150,000 or home contents up to the value of £40,000.
It includes free legal expenses and features a 24-hour legal and home assistance helpline.
Gold tackles the next home-owners layer, with an increase in cover for buildings and contents and extends the scope of the cover with a range of additional policy benefits.
There is increased cover for keys, personal money and frozen food, in addition to offering free cover for family members‚ possessions when away at college and business equipment used at home.
Legal expenses cover to £25,000 is included together with a 24-hour legal and home assistance helpline.
Discounts on annual travel cover are also available when Sterling Gold home contents cover is purchased.
Platinum cover is designed for the high net worth market whose required buildings sum insured is in excess of £300,000 and contents from £100,000.
This includes cover for valuables and antique, and worldwide all risks cover and free family annual travel cover.
