Crawford & Company has formed an account management team to support its corporate multinational customers.
The corporate multinational risks business unit will be dedicated exclusively to the design and implementation of global multinational claims solutions, including strategic account management.
Mike Reeves, senior vice president based in London, will lead the team, which will initially comprise of global specialists with extensive experience of designing and implementing worldwide claims programmes.
Jeffrey Bowman, president of international operations, said: “Being the largest independent provider of global claims services is not enough. Our clients think and act globally and need claims solutions that support their business philosophy and brand values.
"We need to provide our clients with a single point of access to design and build bespoke and effective claims solutions, whatever the claim types and territories involved.
"Our aim is to match the claims handling needs of our multi-national clients to their risk transfer programmes. The corporate multinational risks team will meet this need.”
