David Thompson appointed as head of new unit with Paul Richardson as senior operations manager

Crawford & Company UK has launched a new high net worth claims service, Crawford Esteem.

Crawford Esteem brings together the company's nationwide team of adjusters and specialists, with a central management unit based in Watford.

David Thompson, currently head of agricultural, rural industries and estates has now also been appointed as head of Crawford Esteem, with Paul Richardson, regional operations manager (South), appointed as senior operations manager for Crawford Esteem.
