Crawford & Company has launched an updated version of its online claim file inquiry system, ePrime.
The internet programme is an interface with Crawford's claims system. It allows customers to make searches of Crawford's claim database and view the whole claim file online, said the company.
Crawford said the updated version of ePrime had enhanced security, as well as a redesigned look and additional features.
ePrime allows customers to check the status of a live claim including all the actions on the file to date and financials, as well as access to all letters and reports associated with the claim, said Crawford.
