Crawford and Company has been selected by Allianz Cornhill to provide supply chain management services to their domestic claims operation in the UK.
From November, Allianz and its claims management partners will use the loss adjuster's Smartsupply validation hub to arrange and coordinate validation, inspections, repairs and replacement for their UK household claims portfolio.
Mike O'Callaghan Allianz Cornhill Household Claims Manager said: "Allianz chose Crawford Smartsupply as we were not simply looking for a cost effective supply chain offering, but one which was also flexible with customer satisfaction and performance monitoring at its core."
